Liked: The hotel was beautiful upon entering and it wasn't noisy at all and the pool and hot tub was nice
Disliked: The hotel in general was very nice I just have a few issues like they need to put mats in the shower it's very slippery and they need updated shower heads that you can take down and I found 2 pairs of black socks in my room by the window and it made me question if my room had been clean and they need to put runners coming from the pool to the elevator because the floors stayed wet and when we told them no one ever cleaned it up and my aunt slip and fell to her knees and when we told the staff no one helped they wouldn't even go get her ice for her knee ..
