Very nice stay and will...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel looked just as the pictures promised! There was construction at the time of our staff but we were not bothered by it.
Disliked: The only inconvenience was getting to the pool. The hall that is used to get to the pool was under construction so we had to walk outside. That would have been fine, just a little chilly on our stay. We were warned upon check in about the inconvenience.

Liked: Very helpful staff. Reservation issue was caused partly by booking.com and partly by hotel but hotel staff worked tirelessly to resolve it to my satisfaction. It's a very basic hotel, nothing fancy, which was exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and quiet.
Disliked: Bed was very soft, too much so for my preference. No guide at all, either in room or on TV, to TV channels.
