Clean room and breakfast staff...

Liked: Very good with a range of choices. The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: After our first night the room was not cleaned even though we were out all day. When we called down we were told that we left the do not disturb sign on the door. This is absolutely not true. We were then told that if we needed clean towels we had to come down to the lobby.

Liked: Typical well-furnished Holiday Inn Express; clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and free parking.
Disliked: Difficult to get to restaurants without driving. Very busy noisy road close by
