Disliked: There was a scorpion on the floor and blood on the curtain and a pee stain on the pull out couch

It was nice enough and...

Liked: The breakfast was certainly not a "good breakfast." There were few options, and the first couple of days there were no beverages at all other than coffee or tea (which I cannot drink) or milk (also a no-go for me). No water or juice. Eggs were cold and hard, and the so-called "pancake machine" was broken.
Disliked: The room itself was nice, but the only view I had was of a roof covered with bird droppings. Yuck. Also, I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot... and by the time I went to bed I had to wash the bottom of my feet because they were filthy. It certainly seemed like they cut all the corners when it came to actually making guests comfortable.

Pleasant with nice rooms.

Liked: Room size was excellent, I love the suite feel. Coffee was great.
Disliked: Walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors beside us and people walking around above us. We were there for a soccer event, but the continental breakfast didn't start until 7:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Would have preferred the same hours provided during the week, starting at 6 am

Exceptional

Liked: How is kinda sketchy on looking at this hotel with all the bad reviews the property was excellent well cleaned might have stains on rugs, but inside our room was clean. So other people that put bad reviews on do not listen to it. This is a beautiful property. Of course it needs to be fixed up a little bit, but all hotels need to be fixed up a little bit.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and informative. I really liked that the parking lot was well litm. I felt safe and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a hot breakfast which was plentiful and delicious.
Disliked: There was some noise in the morning. I think there was some work being done. I wish that I was informed but it is not the biggest deal.

Superb

Liked: Very clean and easy to find
Disliked: Breakfast was simple. It closed at 9:30am but by 9am there was no more eggs, when I asked the lady said “we are closing soon”
