Horrible

Liked: Nothing I paid for this room for my friend and I got double charged and never got reimbursed!!! I’m pissed
Disliked: That I got double charged once by hotel and once by booking.com

It was ok

Liked: Breakfast was consistent
Disliked: Key didn’t work to get into our room or any of the other facilities. Front desk would reactivate and then we would have to visit them again less than 12 hours later

Liked: We loved the dog amenities! We will specifically come back to this location because of that.
Disliked: There were a few maintenance things, like broken bathroom bars, but it didn't ruin our stay.
