Disliked: I called before making the trip out to this place to make sure the hot tub and pool were working. Got there and it was all closed due to a private party. That was the only reason we were there so I asked if I could get a refund. The front desk said yes but that I had to check out first. I went back to my room, booked a new hotel, and went to check out and get my refund. This is when they inform me that they cannot give me a refund because I booked with a 3rd party. They did nothing at all to make it right. 0/10

Disliked: I called for a week straight asking about the pool. I was told the pool can not be reserved. I went ready to go swimming with my kids and niece. Only to find out the pool was reserved for a private party when I was told several times. No one can reserve the pool. If you have a room. You can swim.

Disliked: That I got double charged once by hotel and once by booking.com
