We like staying here and...

Liked: We didn't eat any breakfast. (We don't like to eat breakfast.). We enjoyed the swimming pool facilities. The grandchildren always look forward to snatching a cookie. They are delicious!
Disliked: There weren't enough pool towels in the swimming area and when we asked for more the office didn't have any so we had to use our room towels.

Disliked: Burnt out lights, no coffee in lobby at 5 AM, I honestly can't remember my other complaints, but it was by far the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at

Liked: It was very clean in all areas of the hotel you can tell the staff takes pride in the work that they are preforming, the staff all seemed polite and forward to talk or ask if there's anything that we needed during our stay, the breakfast was presented nicely and stocked with the choices. 24hr coffee bar was a nice perk
Disliked: I have no complaints or dislikes about this facility or staff
