Disliked: The breakfast was not good.There was no milk available for the cereal and the pancake machine ran out of mix.The yogurt was expired, and there was no fruit.Ended up eating at Crackle Barrel

Liked: Your website showed a picture of a room with jacuzzi in room and when I got there I was told that the expensive room I paid for didn’t even have it. I am very mad and I’m goin to definitely review booking.com with bbb and all over for the lies

Short and sweet

Liked: The staff were so kind and helpful upon check in! The room was spatulas and clean- a very comfortable bed. The location was prime for travelling- right off the I-75. The breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of variety.
Disliked: Unfortunately, while we were there, the elevator was not working. I am very grateful to the staff who called us before we arrived to let us know of this in case we would have to change our plans. They also informed us at this time our room was at the second floor so this really wasn’t too bad.

Liked: Got the suite with 2 queens and king. Perfect!!!The front desk when we checked in was great!!!
