Liked: The staff member at front of house was helpful and apologised for the problems
Disliked: Firstly we were given a key for somebody elses room...the hotel is grubby and smells like mould. Strange stains on carpet in halls and bedroom. Our bedroom door looked like it was previously broken in and we had to put the inside lock on the door. The bathroom was dirty, pubic hair in the bath and the shower head was discoloured with mildew/mould. We would have left the hotel again but it was after 10pm when we arrived. The bed had clean sheets. On the night we stayed it was mostly males with work clothes in the lobby and outside were lots of work trucks.

Liked: Breakfast was great & staff.Location was off interstate on unlit road. In a cluster with hotels.
Disliked: The smell in our room was unacceptable (moldy) so we’re moved to second room where one of the beds had stained sheet & mattress pad (blood). Front desk brought new bedding. Also beds weren’t as nice as we’ve experienced with HI express. Older & needed to be replaced.Carpets in walkways need deep cleaning . Overall was fine but not high standards we’ve seen before.
