Didn’t get to stay

Liked: Nothing couldn’t stay and night staff lady is rude and not helpful. I was coming into town for a funeral and I booked after 6 pm well at 4 am the next morning when I still had a drive before getting into town I asked to cancel she said no cause I was supppse to do it before 6pm how the hell am I supposed to do that when I made the reservation after 6 pm. But again rude staff and not helpful and still didn’t give me a refund.

Disliked: Kids wanted to swim place had a pool but it was closed probably would have went somewhere that had a pool if I’d known other than that it was nice

Liked: It was okay. Good selection of food for breakfast. Dove soap and stuff in shower. Comfy pillows.
Disliked: Well the milk I gave my kid that was spoiled. When I talked to the front desk they just blew it off. They had over 35 people IN the pool. Adults with coolers drinking IN the pool. Lots of kids running and screaming. Almost knocked over my elderly mother. When I went to the front desk she was not rude but not helpful. I told her that they did not have key cards and admitted that one person rented a room and then let all them in. My son is autistic and it was his birthday weekend so we rented the room for the pool and wifi. #1 the wifi didn’t work at all. And #2 we couldn’t use the pool except for maybe 20mins because of the chaos. There was coffee spilled in the hallways and the ONE elevator that was working and the floors needed to be mopped and vacuumed. The shower was slimy and the shower gel/shampoo was out. The staff was not rude or anything but certainly did not seem to care. I won’t be going back there.
