Great location and super comfy...

Liked: The hotel itself is in a great location, right off the interstate and parking lot adjacent to the Arizona Mills Mall that is huge and has plenty of shopping, food choices, a movie theater, an aquarium, a Legoland Discovery Center and even a Rainforest Cafe. The King room we had was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! Most importantly everything was clean.
Disliked: The lobby was very unwelcoming, which worried me at first. Art and a plant or two would go a long way to making it more inviting. It gave off a very cheap, uncaring vibe. Not entirely terrible, just not warm and inviting.We were unlucky to be in town the same night as "the hip hop kids" (as the staff referred to them), therefore there were tons of teenagers and tweens running around at all hours of the night and not even trying to be quiet. Sadly, our room was next to the stairwell and anytime someone would go through it (which was every few minutes until about 2 in the morning) the stairwell door was slam shut behind them and wake me up. Between the door slamming and the kids yelling, I didn't get more than 3 hours of sleep total. Not a fault of the hotel though, just bad luck. Just make sure you don't get a room next to the stairwell.
