Overcharged 100 dollars

Liked: I was overcharged my CC showed 316.00 CA but the confirmed amount was 176 USD. The amount canadian should have been about 225.00. Instead I was charged 100 dollars more. Please help with this. I did not like it at all. The room was not bad
Disliked: Please credit my MC with the difference owing to me.

Comfortable, convenient but a little...

Liked: The room was large, bed comfortable and had everything you needed.
Disliked: One of the evening staff members wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast was a disappointment, not because of the food but because you had to use flimsy polystyrene plates and plastic knives and forks!

Perfect for Busch Gardens getaway

Liked: Staff was incredible! The woman that checked us in was a ray of sunshine and our shuttle driver was so kind and welcoming. Shuttle arrived to pick us up at the park just a few minutes after we called. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: No complaints at all! The area is a little sketchy but that obviously has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.

Liked: Cleaned, comfortable and the lady at night that did our check in was amazing and friendly and help us with everything, she is really good and looks that she enjoyed her job.

Liked: The front desk staff was amazing.
Disliked: The room we checked in to smelled heavily of cigarettes and smelly feet. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the floor wasn’t very clean. They moved us to another room which was fine but the room had a dank smell. The shuttle driver was very rude. He really put us off.
