Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Being charged for pets . I can understand a deposit.

Liked: Great locatipn for Tampa Airport for our last night of our vacation. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Pool area was nice and overlooked bay. Right next to Bahama Breeze restaurant. Free transport to airport the next day.
Disliked: Price was quite high, as there was a game on, so hotel was quite busy. Location is great for one or two nights, but limited things to do, if you have no vehicle.

Disliked: Very noisy. People partying in the hallway.

Disliked: Tv don’t work had only 5 Spanish channels and we speak English Ac would not click on at night room temp was 74 we were swearTing and uncomfortable so we decided to check out early. Complained to manager she said she would give us a 30.00 refund because the air works like we were lying Danielle the manger and Nero Lopez said she was the manager but Danelle was rude.

Worth staying

Liked: Location from airport
Disliked: Not a lot of places to eat if arriving late at night.

Great stay, would come back.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfy, modern and clean. The bay view was worth the extra few bucks. Breakfast was yummy with good options to pick from. Staff was super friendly and helped right away when our key stopped working or when we needed to store our suitcases after checkout to go get some lunch. Bahama Breeze next door was convenient and had delicious food.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to get an email ahead of the trip about how to request the shuttle from the airport. We didn't know where to go when we arrived at TPA - after a couple phone calls, waiting on hold for a long time, and then waiting for another 15 mins the shuttle finally arrived. The driver was friendly though :)Even though the beach seems walkable, with the high August temps and high humidity we had to turn around half-way.
