Liked: we were so pleased with everything! Room - great shape and clean, enjoyed the hot breakfast and pool time. Every staff member we interacted with was absolutely wonderful! been here before, this time 5 nights, we'll definitely select this again!

Our stay was ok and the kids love it.

Liked: Comfy room except for the bathroom if theres no exhaust fan. The breakfast was superb. Swimming pools good for the kids.
Disliked: Theres a guy in the hot tub that stays too long for more than an hour and as if watching and recording my girls in the other pool.

Liked: My room was very clean and quite. The hot breakfast was awesome and my grandson loved the pancake machine. Employees were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice.
Disliked: Some people wandering around the parking lot at night.

Liked: Breakfast was the best! The pool and hot tub were great! And the beds/pillows were very comfortable!
Disliked: The area around the hotel was a little rough, but we didn't have any problems.

We had a good stay and are prepared to stay there again when next we are in Tacoma.

Liked: The room was spacious and nicely laid out, good lighting and a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and was very good. The staff members were courteous and worked efficiently and our room was cleaned everyday, which we were grateful for.
Disliked: There was nothing much to complain of. Our room was a little musty on the first day and when I reported it to the cleaner she addressed the matter by turning on the air conditioner/heater in room as we really didn't understand how to turn it on. Because our room was ay the end of the corridor on the 3rd floor, the WiFi signal was a bit weak in our room but otherwise it was good in the corridor and lobby area.
