Liked: Breakfast was better than expected. I liked that there was a hot option every morning.the breakfast area we very clean and well maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was kept very clean.
Disliked: The bath plug didn't work and the staff were unable to fix it. This was the only issue. They did offer compensation for this. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel was beause it had a swimming pool but it was not avaialble during our stay which was disappointing

Disliked: I could hear the neighbors and doors slamming.

Liked: Breakfast was included however when we went for breakfast there was nothing hot apparently because the computer system was down. Don’t understand what a computer issue has to do with cooking breakfast
Disliked: Because the computer was down they couldn’t release our security deposit which as off 1 week on still hasn’t been released

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are brilliant and so friendly and helpful! Hotel is so clean and modern and the rooms are spacious and lovely
