Disliked: A bit sloppy looking throughout as a remodel is underway. There were no blackout curtains and the room never got dark- that was a problem.

Good

Liked: Excellent breakfast and large breakfast room, with food items beautifully arranged and super attendent.
Disliked: Hotel was making extensive repairs. Our room was almost finished. Walls were VERY thin.

Liked: Easy access , nice area
Disliked: I called and requested the couch bed to be set up as we were arriving late, they were more concerned with setting me a vacation package and being a club member. I figured the person I talked to didn’t even request for the bed to be put out, so I call again the next day the person I spoke to this time said he didn’t see any noise about my late arrival or request to have the couch bed made out… so he claimed to have talked to house keeping while on hold and said he let them know of my late arrival and to have bed out , it wasn’t so kind of sucked being tired then trying to make the bed. I you want a view of trash from remodeling get the sweet ! It was a beautiful view of trash first thing in the morning. I’ll try somewhere different next time.

Liked: I was quoted one price $144 p/night. When leaving the hotel charged another rate $402. My bank of America account was charged more, $480 I have a Stop Payment. Please advise

Liked: Hotel staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Construction made parking challenging as well as access to the breakfast area.

Liked: Location. I had multiple medical appointments at a facility nearby
Disliked: Under renovation which wasn't noted before reserving. I requested a bathroom with tub but given an accessible bathroom unit with shower only. Inside corridors were dingy. Room had holes in the carpet. The small cabinet for towels was old and banged up. The renovation is very much needed.
