Disliked: Construction made parking challenging as well as access to the breakfast area.

Liked: Location. I had multiple medical appointments at a facility nearby
Disliked: Under renovation which wasn't noted before reserving. I requested a bathroom with tub but given an accessible bathroom unit with shower only. Inside corridors were dingy. Room had holes in the carpet. The small cabinet for towels was old and banged up. The renovation is very much needed.

Disliked: Manager was rude and unprofessional. The hotel is very much under construction. The hotel was dirty and carpets everywhere were filthy especially around the elevators. The refrigerator, phone and air conditioning didn’t work in my room and on top of that, my room was double booked. A woman open my door with her keycard. Very unsettling. How is it possible that an old keycard can open a door of a newly checked in guest? The manager never apologized for the mess up. Overall a bad experience.

Liked: Room was roomy and everything in it, apart from some lighting, was functional. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The building is ‘tired’ and could do with a refresh. The lighting in the room was pretty bad, but worst was the trash strewn around the area outside our balcony. However, this was not on their property (it was part of an Enterprise car rental next door) and the staff are going to address this. Also, there is some renovation going on which will hopefully brighten up the place.
