Disappointed

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hot tub kept draining by itself, kids were playing in front of our door at 7am, TV didn't change channels wasn't relaxing at all

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Beds were big and comfortable. Parking was convenient. It was easy to adjust the room temperature. I really appreciated having the make-up removal pads in the room. The fridge was handy for us. The indoor soft play and swimming pool looked like a lot of fun but we forgot our swim gear. Will certainly remember next time.
Disliked: It was too cold outside! Ha ha. Hotel can't do anything about that. :)

Pleasantly surprised

Liked: Right off the highway and about 10mins from downtown Sioux Falls. Surprised to see a huge indoor playground- great for my 4 year old. Free breakfast. Staff were all pleasant.
Disliked: Rooms could use an update
