Wonderful and comfy stay

Liked: Wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and neat. The thing we enjoy the most was our breakfast experience with Lori. She is wonderful, attentive and was always on top of the service. She even prepared some snack bags for our kids for our long trip we had ahead. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that there is no pool in the facilities but they offered us some coupons for the Millennium Centre which is only 4 minutes away from the hotel. The kids had a great experience at that place.

Disliked: The room I thought I was renting based on the booking and the pictures was not what we got so there is advertising that is misleading to customers for certain rooms And Ended up being a waste of time. When telling the front desk There was very little They were able to do To make up for it

Disliked: Room was freezing, the heater fan only worked on low, no hot water for a bath, the pool & hot tub was not working either
