Disappointing

Liked: Room was very spacious. Some staff was friendly.
Disliked: Pillows was rock hard. The furniture was worn and not comfortable to sit in. The jacuzzi tub was not comfortable to relax in. Some staff was not very friendly or approachable.

Dissapointed in the stay, expecting...

Disliked: I thought I booked a pet friendly room with a hot tub but when I got there they said no you didn't book a hot tub suite and we didn't know you had a small dog with you.

Liked: Location is excellent for those traveling on the Yellowhead. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and the heating/cooling system is very quiet.
Disliked: It's often customary to present ID to verify that you are the person who will be occupying the room. What is not customary is for staff to copy information from your drivers license onto their database. I don't want that information on any hotel database and will not allow that to happen again.
