Liked: Staff was friendly, room was perfectly clean, bed and pillows were comfortable
Disliked: Guide and channel up button on remote didn't work. Was woken up by another guest saying profanities in the hallway

Disliked: The shower rod was broken and the consequence was water all over the floor. It was repaired the next day. Could not get a hot shower because there was something wrong with hot water supply. It never got fixed even though we asked for it.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was very spacious. Some staff was friendly.
Disliked: Pillows was rock hard. The furniture was worn and not comfortable to sit in. The jacuzzi tub was not comfortable to relax in. Some staff was not very friendly or approachable.

Disliked: I thought I booked a pet friendly room with a hot tub but when I got there they said no you didn't book a hot tub suite and we didn't know you had a small dog with you.
