Liked: Room size, staff
Disliked: Not knowing the beds were soft and hard. would have liked 2 soft beds. Bug in one room crawling on pillow. bottom flood.They let us change. but charged $25

Superb

Liked: Room was great. Right off highway. Had indoor pool which was great for my child. Breakfast had a great variety of food
Disliked: We were in the 4th floor and the elevator was down and wasn't able to get it fixed before we left

I need a refundâ…š

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was not that hotel in the picture. I was told it had a sofa bed in there not what I paid the guy said that he would have to go check every suites wanna do that. They didn't have towels enough towels into the room.

Hotel just needs some maintenance....

Liked: Great location. The staff was really nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The bathroom toilet seat needs replacing. We had to push up on door to the room to shut or open. The pull out bed/couch was broken.
