Disliked: We booked a king room with spa tub and the spa didn't work we are supposed to get 50 dollars back but we only live 1 town over the whole reason we even rented a room was for the spa and was very disappointed as soon as we walked out of the elevator the whole hall smelled like weed very disappointed with this stay and the results of the spa not working

Worst hotel experience

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Huge dead tarantula just inside the door, moldy bathroom, smoke smell so strong it burned my eyes. Was supposed to be a non smoking room. I turned around and left. Cancelled the room.

It’s okay but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Not much very outdated.
Disliked: Very outdated and only one elevator was working. The shower in our room had mold and a hole next to the tub from water damage.

Disliked: Not knowing the beds were soft and hard. would have liked 2 soft beds. Bug in one room crawling on pillow. bottom flood.They let us change. but charged $25
