Liked: It had all the amenities you'd expect at a hotel. The room was really nice and comfortable.
Disliked: There were a few crickets in the room, two of which were dead. I was able to find housekeeping and they got rid of the bugs and re-vacuumed the carpet. The housekeeping clerk was very nice and apologetic about the whole ordeal.

Liked: The location was the only thing we liked and the fridge was cold.
Disliked: The room had a terrible smell, the night before we left my daughter saw a mouse run under her bed from the window area where the air conditioner was, the pool was freezing and the hot tub had no water. They ran out of milk for cereal on Saturday morning.

Liked: Nothing. I will not be returning to this hotel. The staff tried their best to be helpful but it was a completely horrible experience. Location was good. .
Disliked: We arrived late in the evening after working since 5am. We had to wait for over an hour to be able to settle in because we were given 2 different rooms that had horrible smells in them of mold and mildew. So much so that it caused me to have a headache. It was a horrible and exhausting experience. We then got very little sleep and had to be back up for work the next morning. The air conditioning in the room was not working well and we were hot and uncomfortable. The staff did their best to make us happy although we were told we would receive a call from the manager and we never did. I let the staff know that I would like a refund for the troubles. Have not heard anything from them.
