It was mediocre and room...

Liked: I liked the location. I did book a ADA compliant room with a shower and it was good however the sink was plugged so it ran a little sluggish and the toilet made noise. Also the breakfast was mediocre for Holiday Inn I wasn’t impressed. Staff was not very talkative but they did say hello they weren’t rude just weren’t very personable. I found that the kitchen staff was nicer and the maintenance gentleman was extremely friendly to help me. The window curtains in my room were off track and had a hard time working and one thing I would really suggest is upgrading so people can watch there streaming shows there is no option for them at all.

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Very clean, helpful staff, all the amenities you could’ve need and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small. Door barely cleared the toilet.

Good value and a great...

Liked: Included hot breakfast was very good. Fresh made cookies at night were a great bonus. Very good location to the best part of Seaside. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Aquarium.
Disliked: The whirlpool spa jets weren't working. They allow dogs and the people in the room next to us left their dog in the room and he didn't bark, but he whined and whimpered every 5 minutes. Not sure I would stay at a dog friendly hotel again.
