Overall had an awesome trip. Great location; lots of food options and things to do and see that are close enough to walk.

Liked: Breakfast; attentive staff; nicely furnished room. Refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Pillows not stuffed enough - head went right through.

Liked: Great location and clean
Disliked: Everything was being repaired or remolded.No pool,no gym,no sauna.Breakfast was out of most items the first day.One person asked why they were out of everything and the MOD said you have to wait for her boss to arrive at 10am but breakfast was done at 10am .We work out everyday and couldn’t do that or even swim for exercise. I specifically got the room because of gym and pool and breakfast.All were disappointing.Breakfast got a little better but was not like pictures when booked.My family of 4 had to pay for a gym four days and it wasn’t cheap. I would have appreciated letting me know that everything was being remolded!

Liked: I like everything but they can definitely put more stuff in the breakfast like bajón! And more variety of juice!
Disliked: The front desk guy wasn’t friendly and one we star going upstairs we got the second floor he went really fast and he was jus checking us maybe he tough we where more people or to be honest I don’t know why he was just there one we entered the room he left! I can tell he doesn’t like Latinos!

Great short-term stay with laundry...

Liked: I loved the cleanliness and tall ceilings in my room as well as the free breakfast!
Disliked: The wifi was AWFUL. It went out so many times and the front desk just told me to call a number if I had issues. This seemed to be their response for a lot of things, "I don't know, but here's a number to solve that issue." I understand if the front desk genuinely doesn't know but as someone who comes from a hospitality background I wish there was a different way to deliver this or help out versus handing me off to an answering machine when the front desk is RIGHT there to help out in person. Breakfast was fine but the tables were often left dirty the entire morning so if you arrive after 7am, you're stuck with limited clean tables or clean them yourself.
