Liked: the breakfast was very good. We all ate there. The place was very clean and quiet. At night the outside was with lots of lights. We were at the swimming pool. the swimming pool was very clean. We have a very good time there. thank you

Liked: The hotel was totally booked the night I stayed. It was hard for the staff to keep up with the breakfast. It seems the amounts that can be prepared and presented do not meet the demand. The staff did their best. There were periods of time when there was no hot eggs, sausage, bacon or potatoes were available.
Disliked: customer service at checkin was perfect!

Liked: We came for the weekend to go to raging waters so the location was perfect!! The breakfast was very good as well as the coffee. The morning staff Jill and the evening staff on the second day were very nice and accommodating
Disliked: The check in staff was very monotone was not very welcoming. The beds were TERRIBLE!!! They were full size but staff said they were queen size. The beds were hard as rocks felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. We had to go buy an air mattress just so that we could sleep. It was two adults and 2children. They slept on one bed and there was no way two adults could sleep on the other one. Was Very disappointed with the beds!!
