As Above So Below

Liked: The microwave and small fridge was home away from home essential provided. The lighting of the room and features of light in the bathroom and sleeping area was a highlight for me.
Disliked: It was a little noisy in the morning from guest yelling or talking very loud like 6am. But other than that. It was delightful stay.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Staff was OK
Disliked: Doors were heavy and slammed all night. Jacuzzi was being repaired. Building was run down and needed repair

I wont be staying there...

Liked: Some staff were nice and the room upgrade I received as an IHG Ambassador was good.
Disliked: Staff lied about the handling of credits due to a change of booking date, which resulted in the loss of 4 nights accommodation at my cost.The policy for making changes to a booking are useless for business travellers.
