Short but left me thirsty

Liked: The back door lock was broken making it a bit longer walk in with luggage. No drinks/water or snack available when I arrived too late to purchase one at a local store. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The vending machine didn’t accept coin cash or card so no drinks, very nice clerk

Decent for the location but...

Liked: The location was beautiful and checking in and out was painless. The whirlpool tub in the room was great and the room itself was stocked well and spacious
Disliked: First of all our room was left unlocked via the deadbolt holding the door open so that was pretty sketchy. The whirlpool tub was grimy. I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and it had brown spots leftover when I was done from neglectful cleaning. One of our trash cans still had another guests trash in it and the bathroom floor felt swampy and sticky. The bed was extremely hard and my newlywed husband and I both woke up extremely sore from the bed firmness

Liked: Location nice
Disliked: First room had leftover food and garbage on counter so was given a new room and there was stains on sheets in the new room.

Quick getaway with a nice...

Liked: Stayed in a suite that faced the lake and had a balcony. Beautiful view. You have to tune out the busy street.
Disliked: It seemed dated in areas. Bathroom tile cracked, edges by tub not finished, furniture in room dated and old. Balcony had lots of bugs and could have been cleaned.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is great, we've used this hotel a lot in the past so it was familiar.
Disliked: It is starting to become super dated and the prices don't really reflect that. Our room also wasn't very clean. We got a room with a jacuzzi and there was hair around the faucet that clearly wasn't mine. We rinsed and cleaned the tub but then ended up finding more hairs including pubic hair so we didn't even use it which was disappointing. The shower curtain had stains on it. The fridge wasn't turned on and had a tray of water in it. There were stains on some of the towels and sheets. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Hate to say it be cause we love IHG but we more than likely won't be back.
