Our stay was in a...

Liked: Property is under construction!!We were told we had a newly renovated room..Got off the elevator and there were supplies all over in our hallway..little did we know the drilling and sawing would start @ 7:30 A.M.!!Right next door!!Room was not totally clean..missing a hairdryer..told the front desk manager about everything. She deferred to other management..and the 3rd party booking..still UNRESOLVED!! There should be a full refund!! I did not pay to stay in construction zone!!

Overall nice hotel

Liked: Hotel was overall nice. They are in the middle of updating rooms. Room size was good! We had some ants in our room, we were first floor. But overall everything was good!

Great Place!

Liked: They were under remodeling. So over it was great with some minor inconveniences.

Gorgeous rooms right next to...

Liked: This place is beautiful and everything in our room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Neighbors were quite loud. There was construction on the rooms right next to ours. It was not loud but the hallway was dirty in that section understandably.

Liked: This recently remodeled king suite with a balcony view of Lake Michigan was exactly what we wanted for our impromptu long weekend. The room was warm and spacious.
Disliked: The weather was much colder than we had hoped, but we made the best of it.Lighting in the room was spars on couch end of the room adequate on the bed end.
