Excellent accommodations and top-notch service!

Liked: Your staff was beyond exceptional! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We were traveling to visit a very sick family member at the Saint John Regional hospital. Your staff was helpful, accommodating and made our stay as pleasant as it possibly could have been. From now on I will be staying here whenever I visit Saint John, NB! Thank you.

Liked: The room was big, I liked there was a kurig and not just a coffee pot, beds were comfy, pillows were nice and breakfast was best I've had in a hotel in a while

It's a decent stay.

Liked: Good breakfast, with pool.
Disliked: Hotel without toothbrush and toothpaste. No hotel slippers even. Bed is small compared to other hotels.
