Liked: The Hotel was surprisingly well updated and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Pool and hot tub one of the best. Used the gym and equipment was great! Nice buffet. Excellent stay.
Disliked: We went down for our last day breakfast, and the lady working it was not very skilled with customer service. She chewed out another traveller which caught our attention. Figured something may have happened but a bit after when asking her if there was a serving utensil for hashbrowns she growled at me saying she was working on it. She wasn't busy enough to dissappear long periods and talk to a group she knew instead of cleaning off tables or refreshing stations. We waited 45 min for cinnamon rolls but left. None of us wanted to ask her after watching her interactions with other people.

Liked: Everything was great! The popcorn machine in the lobby was especially lovely. Very clean and great customer service.

Disliked: The gym did not meet my expectations…i believe the picture showed online was when they first build this place…and the breakfast was always low…packed and not organized very well!

Liked: The room was very nice and so was the staff. The room was also very clean plus the bathroom.
Disliked: Couldn’t take a bath because the water ran with brown stuff coming out but the staff was accommodating. Very appreciated.

Liked: Your staff was beyond exceptional! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We were traveling to visit a very sick family member at the Saint John Regional hospital. Your staff was helpful, accommodating and made our stay as pleasant as it possibly could have been. From now on I will be staying here whenever I visit Saint John, NB! Thank you.
