Disliked: No lights outside.Pretty dark.Forgot my kindle in the room and had to call three days in a row to talk with the housekeeper manager,because no one else could help me.After all headache,no one found my Kindle.So disappointing!

Disliked: Specific to my room - thermostat not properly mounted on wall, gaps in door allow light and sound entry.

Disliked: There was hair all over the bathroom floor and they would not clean it up or change my room.. and refuse to give me my money back.

Disliked: Long hair was observed in restroom and bed indicating this hotel was thoroughly cleaned but flipped for the next customer. Trash bin was placed outside and trash was taken away but trash bag was not replaced leaving us with only a trash bin and no bag.

Liked: Great check in experience - they went above and beyond to help us and Cherie, who served breakfast was so sweet! She made us feel at home. Thank you!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Its walking distance to restaurants which was very nice.
