Superb

Liked: It was the perfect location for what we were in town for! Close to the Albertville Mall, which is one of the reasons we were in town. The staff was so kind and personable! My teenager was the first to point out how nice the staff was - she said the staff was kind and went out of their way to help... unlike other places we've stayed.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer. We were in town for a tournament and had to leave early in the morning so we didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's amenities (specifically the pool). We will be back though!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Everything was outdated. The TV was 8 yrs old, you had to remember what channel you liked and type it in because you could not go to it through the guild. The lamp in the corner was leaning because no one tightened the nut on the base. The phone receiver was disconnected and stuck behind the nightstand ( front desk said it for cleaning purposes??? ) So also not having the coffee machine or the refrigerator plugged in most have been for the same reason. The chair and footstool looked like they picked it up off the corner for free it looked old dirty and worn out. The king bed was so hard, and you could tell it had not been flipped or turned in b a while. All that for $151.00 from Holiday Inn and another $150+ from Booking.com. This was a $75.00 room at best. I was like some justification/reimbursement for this incredibly bad stay.
