Liked: We did not eat Breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The lobby & out side grounds were clean. Beds were ok, but I‘ve experienced better one’s. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (shower).
Disliked: Bathroom shower could have been cleaner.

Disliked: When I got to my room, the door was already open. Feeling uncomfortable, I returned to the front desk to request a different room. The attendant shared that they did in fact have other rooms available but she would need approval from the manager. Upon speaking with the manager they informed me that there were no other rooms available. No one offered to accompany me to my room to ensure it was safe and/or clean. Not normally a fearful person (and I travel, alone, quite a bit) I was apprehensive to enter that room not knowing what I may find. I am a long time IHG member and their hotels have consistently exceeded my expectations, until now.

We need an easy access...

Liked: Easy in and out from the interstate.
Disliked: No carpet in the rooms. Made it loud in the room and you could hear everything in the room above you, especially as they rolled their suitcase across the floor. The vinyl planks are probably easier to clean, but they make the room less comfortable, more noisy, and ascetically cheap.
