Could have been better.

Liked: Lobby was clean and breakfast was good .
Disliked: The hotel lobby was in clean conditions. However , the ceiling in the room looked horrible like a leak was the prior. There was mold in the shower . I was also not informed by the property or booking.com that the pool was closed. In this case, I booked this hotel for a short trip and the pool being open was important to my decision I was making about where I wanted to stay. I then called the front and told asked for a late check out and they allowed me 30 more mins. At 11 house keeping is asking to come in. The communication at this property is unacceptable. I decided to stay as I was only going to be there for a short time. But now I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I have future trips planned for Richmond, but it will not be with this property!!

Disliked: you're much better off staying at the Hampton next door! The beds here were cheap squeaky frames. Rooms felt cheap. Did not feel clean. There was hair in my shower.

Worst hotel I stayed in.

Liked: Having modest accommodation. Basic standards
Disliked: Property is very worn out. The noise cannot be controlled inside of the accommodative unit. The isle is dirty of puke and vomit. The staff team on the reception desk are loud. The staff are racist and don’t respect any boundaries or rules. They talk in a racist manner and talk back at customers. They keep making accusations, allegations in order to provoke and mock me. They stop me each time I try to leave the hotel.
