Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The lady receptionist charged me for items that I paid cash for and wouldn't correct the receipt. The general manager told me to call back and see if the receptionist and I could resolve the situation and went on to say that he wasn't going to make a big issue over $12.00. I didn't call back. I figured that to take money from her customers,she must need it very badly.

Very expensive property needs updating

Disliked: Check in staff very unfriendly, very annoyed we came an hour early to check in . Gave us a room with the AC broken. Next day front desk was very nice and changed our room

Liked: Breakfast was good and the ladies serving was nice and professional and kept everything full and clean
Disliked: My president booked a room with the joining room but the party that was in her room extended their stay and my president was put in a another room without her joining
