Easy, pleasant one night stay

Liked: Quiet, easy access and near to my appointment. Very nice staff and comfortable room
Disliked: Parking is cramped. Currently, under construction (but it did not affect our stay).

The pool/ hot tub/ gym...

Liked: Close to the legacy Good Samaritan hospital Very kind staff helped me above and beyond to try to accommodate my sister with wheel chair
Disliked: Shower in handicap doesn’t pull all the way to the chair

Thought Holiday Express were all...

Liked: Staffing, clean rooms, parking, access to dog relief area, appreciate the staff bring luggage cart up to us.
Disliked: Not notified about whole building in recon. Only one elevator for guests and staff so very delayed. Mess and dust/odors from recon. Disabled placed on 4th floor, with service dog had to go furthest distance in hotel and long walk to take service dog out to relieve. Sheet was wet getting into bed?! Elevator so slow was worst way to start out our stay:-(
