upset and disappointed

Liked: the front of the building
Disliked: the fact that it was closed when we got there at 10pm at night due to hurricane damage and we hadn't been notified and it was nearly 3 weeks after the hurricane

Excellent

Liked: I liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast are was very clean. Breakfast itself was excellent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The front desk person put us by thr elevator so I wouldn't have to walk to far. I use a cane to walk.
