Liked: The breakfast during my stay was amazing. Bed were very comfortably and in a great area.
Disliked: Phones in the room didn't room so the only way to reach staff was to call from cell phone. Staff did not offer to clean room, take out trash or change towels. I had to call from cell phone to request towels in which only happened once after being told by cleaning that they didn't have towels on their carts because they had none. Only way trash was removed from room was in we caught staff during cleaning hours and took it out ourselves to their cart and trash cans had no liners. And then the elevator went out on the day before we checked out, so last two days we walked up and down stairs with bags or anything.

Disliked: Smoke alarm in middle of night and desk did nothing. Very uncaring and proceeded about their business. No direction to guests. Limited towels. No room cleaning.

Disliked: A little over priced for the stay. It wasn't as clean as expected. The elevator was really dirty and there was hair in the shower. And not enough towels.
