Disliked: Hotel was listed as pet friendly, but they refused to allow pets without a $250 non refundable fee. Manager refused to refund our money so the room sat open. We were moving across the country, so we had no choice but to have our pets

Liked: They have water with fruit and lemons soaking in it, I really like that. The front desk was very kind. The continental breakfast was good. Housekeeping was very accommodating!
Disliked: The bathrooms are good except that water pools outside of the shower and creates a bad smell, I tried to soak up the water and let the corner by the tub air dry. The carpet in the rooms needs replacement with vinyl flooring or something else. The carpet has stains and needed to be vacuumed when I fist arrived.

Liked: Safe and clean with an excellent friendly staff.
