Liked: I have always liked my stay at Holiday Inn Express in many cities.
Disliked: I was disappointed that I did not receive maid service during this stay. I understand it was a holiday, but I think that the front desk might have mentioned that there would be limited maid service for this stay. I was not notified, and neither were any of my other family who were booked here for this trip. that there would be limited maid service. I don't know if the holiday was the reason we didn't receive maid service, because, as I said we were not notified that there would be no service. We only didn't get it.

Liked: Breakfast was good, room was really clean
Disliked: Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I was trying to check in at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready because housekeeping personnel was behind and I had to wait 30-40 more minutes they told me because there was more customers waiting for a room. My wait wasn’t that long by the way and I was offered a free drink while I was waiting.

Liked: We were in town for the ASU football game, so the hotel was a great choice for visiting family in the Glendale/Peoria area. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. We slept REALLY well! The breakfast was a nice array of selections of eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), spam, biscuits n gravy, sausage patties, roasted potato wedges, pancake machine, pastries, hot oatmeal, juices, etc. LOTS of choices. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in/out was easy.
Disliked: The only issue is that the drains in the room (sink and tub) were quite slow. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk staff.
