Staff was great, bed was...

Liked: We reserved the hotel due to not having power at home (from ice storm). Nothing was said at time of reservation but on arrival— no power, hot water, or amenities other than running cold water and a bed. While this was okay, we were charged full rate for two nights when we had no hot water, no heat, no breakfast or hot coffee.The staff was excellent and tried to make us comfortable but paying full price is not reasonable, and I’m very unhappy about that.
Disliked: Full price for a bed and cold water only.

Disliked: The thermostat control. I turned the temp down but during the night it turned back up and made it too warm.

Sleepless night in Holiday inn

Liked: The room and entire hotel are nice and clean
Disliked: Probably just this room which was right behind the elevators and it was noisy. Heating system was also really noisy and it even produced some sounds while not heating. Room door seems like made of paper and lets in all sounds and talking. Since the room is right behind the elevator there is pretty heavy people traffic talki g all the time and in this room you can hear every word. I did not sleep at all.
