Liked: Really friendly and clean. Breakfast was great lots of options.
Disliked: Our check in time was 1130 when I booked it but couldn't check in till 3.

Disliked: The furniture was really old and uncomfortable.

Liked: Location. We had a relative in the hospital.
Disliked: The room had a terrible odor. And the beds had dips in the middle of them. Not worth the money. Very uncomfortable.

Liked: It’s close to where our parents live. Staff is friendly.
Disliked: Hot tub was barely Luke warm. The bed in the room we stayed in was pretty worn out. We are usually happy with this hotel and have stayed in it several times, but this time was a little off.

Liked: The staff was amazing.
Disliked: When you walked in to the building an overwhelming smell of air fresheners. All over my son and I started sneezing and so did other not in our group. Was ordered a 2 queen room. They had put in our reservation all wrong. So our kids had to sleep on a pull out that was not clean, it had candy , dried blood on cover , and dirt on the mattress cover. The room was not cleaned well. DUST ON BOTTOM shelves in bathroom and a Purple Finger nail on bed side table. Table had big chip out of side of it. Toilet did not flush properly. We stayed in room 410. Very disappointed after paying 210.00 for supposed to be the best rated in the town of Paris texas. I have stayed in cheaper and gotten cleaner rooms.
