Disliked: Room and bathroom had old and delapdated equipment. Toilet was very old and small for a hotel. The inside of the toilet tank was gross. Looked inside because of leak. Breakfast was adequate, but eggs were cold both mornings. The coffee, however was excellent. The organization of breakfast areas was poor. There were 3 toasters in one location so that only one person could toast something at a time, so only need one toaster. The warming trays were not hot enough to keep food warm.

Liked: Great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, great value for money! I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling to the Orlando UCF area. The front desk worker who greeted us (I think her name was Jane) when we checked in was fantastic - very kind, professional, and helpful!!

Disappointing

Liked: I have a reservation but when i went to check in was cancel without any notice, we drive 3 hours to be there, and when i went my reservation was canceled! The lady who works there help me find a new room, 3 kids, 2 adults and only 1 bed to sleep! I sleeped in the floor on the first night with my 10yo son, and my husband change with me at the 2nd night, he sleeps with my 14yo son! Tks God that I bring some bedding supplies from home and I put in the floors to be more comfortable! The shower was really dirty! The employee at the front desk was so gentle and king, I have to talk about her, she helps me a lot in this situation!
