Would recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: The hotel was nice - smelled good and the front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Door from room next door, when opened and closed, woke me several times during the night.

Liked: The desk staff and the breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: An issue with the TV. It fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Scared us to no end. They helped us move to another comparable room.

GREAT HOTEL, COMFORTABLE STAY!!!

Liked: It was a great location to my daughter's university while we were visiting her. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower was hot & hotel was quiet. The pool was very nice after a long, hot day of moving my daughter into the dorm. Close to several restaurants.
Disliked: There was nothing negative about the hotel

It needs some maintenance. Two...

Liked: The breakfast bar , the beds, the TV.
Disliked: They didn't have a generator for the hurricane first two days was okay but when the power went out the manager never came around and asked how we were doing my whole family is disabled even me during the storm the whole north side of the building the wind is all leaked and into the rooms and they were wet and moldy after the next day we asked for anything that would have got us a little bit more comfortable but the manager never walked around and looked into anything the staff were okay I think she has a problem hiring anybody but Hispanics because I didn't see any white Americans black Americans orientals Mexicans or any other nationality but Hispanic I'm not prejudice but somebody that works here seems to me if they won't hire other nationalities in my opinion unfortunately I don't like to complain but during an emergency to tell me that this is not an emergency hotel and that's what the staff at the desk said it's not something you say to people you just say you're doing the best you can not that you don't cater to people that are in a hurricane when the elevator went out they had this ability people on the second third and fourth floor they should have moved them all on to the first floor to keep them safe I helped people up and down stairs that had canes and walkers and they were having a really bad time and no staff was helping them so the lady is neglecting maintenance she needs to have those windows fixed so they don't leak and a lot of the doors were not correctly on their hinges the bathroom caulking was a portal it need they need to be remodeled a lot of the bathrooms I was a remodeler and a foreman and construction personally would find somebody to help her fix it but I don't think that's important to her I think that she doesn't see maintenance's top of the mark cleaning yes I'll give her that her staff was cleaning all the time it's best they could but manager wise to not doing her job...
