Liked: Breakfast was decent . Location was good most the staff was nice a few not so much .
Disliked: We had no water to shower with or make coffee with on the last day we were there . The staff said yeah we heard from several people there is no water on that floor and we are sorry but we can't compensate you on your room we can give you points if you are a member but if not we can't do anything for you . Not good business in my opinion .

Liked: The suite was spacious and very clean. We felt comfortable and had a restful sleep. Breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: We could hear people’s voices in the hallway through our walls and door.

Disliked: The room was dirty, there were worms on the lounge chair, the bed linens had a horrible odor, the bed looked as though someone had recently slept in it and was not made, there was trash in the garbage can and food on the floor. The door to the room also did not properly close, you could see across the hall to the next room and anyone walking down the hall could look into my room even with both locks securely latched. I had an 8+ hour drive and arrived at approx. 10:30 PM on 09/22/24, I called the hotel at 2:30 PM PST while on my way there to confirm my check-in and advise them of my late arrival time. I took photos & a video of the unsecured door immediately upon entering the room and went to the front desk to express my concerns. I have been traveling for the State of Oregon for the past 3 weeks and have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express locations, and had no issue until now. This is not what I expected. The staff are polite, however, I could not use the bed and had to clean the lounge chair and place towels down after I cleaned the bugs & dirt off myself. I asked for a manager, but they were not available and would not be available until after I checked out. Unfortunately, I had to facilitate a meeting for the State of Oregon at 8:3 AM and then drive another 3 1/2 hours to our next meeting location. I called the hotel after my meeting while on the road trying to resolve this, and was placed on hold 4+ times and disconnected each time only to be told the 5th time that the manager could not assist me. I would appreciate a full refund as this is not acceptable, I will be reporting this to the State of Oregon Travel and Procurement Department so others do not have to experience this. I would have been better off sleeping in my car!
