Liked: It was very clean and staff was really nice.
Disliked: The pool area had an overly strong chlorine smell my eyes started to burn after a while and I wasn’t even swimming just sitting and watching my kids. I feel like it needed a little more ventilation.

Liked: Friendly staff, variety on the continental breakfast that came free of charge, kids enjoyed the pool, close to restaurants and shopping

Liked: Main desk employees were very helpful and kind.
Disliked: Went to check into hotel about 4pm and was told that they could not check in as their system was down. We went back shortly after 6 pm and there were no issues. Front desk employee was very kind and explained the situation. Had a customer in front of me who was not very happy about the delay, employee remained calm and handled the situation professionally.It sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above us, and there was a slight smell of Marijuana throughout the hotel on Sunday morning.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice looking rooms.
Disliked: Found a bug in the bathroom and the tv didn’t work the entire time we were there. No offer for money off or anything for the inconvenience.

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable
Disliked: There is nothing about the facility. The unappreciated wake up smell of Marijuana at 330 and then to smell it again at 930 as my kids were coming to visit and pick me up for shopping.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the room was nice, and overall was a a nice place to stay. The lady at breakfast was amazing as well, she was so kind and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing to say, it was a great stay
