Convenient , comfortable stay.

Liked: Very convenient to where we wanted to be . Very good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Road noise but I guess you can’t have good access without road noise.

Disliked: Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane every 3 minutes and I got no sleep.Windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them

Disappointing. We had stayed at...

Liked: Location to places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: At registration, the manager never mentioned the fact that our floor/hallway was filled with boxes during a renovation which made it impossible to navigate our cart to our room. Bedding was grey/white and not complete. Rusty nail found on floor which could have caused a serious injury. We should have never been given this room.

I feel cheated, They didn't...

Disliked: I tried to contact the facility several times to get a receipt, as the girl at the reception said she would send it by mail, but I still haven't received my receipt. I feel cheated.

It was fine

Liked: We booked for a room with 2 queen beds. Our room only had 1 queen bed. The couch had a bed, but with no bedding
Disliked: Plumber fixtures in bathroom were originally installed backwards. . . Cold was warm, Hot was cold
