Great place to stay!

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check in/check out, lots of choices for breakfast, we liked the lay out of the room, size of fitness center was decent with several choices of equipment (not just one treadmill and one elliptical), great location
Disliked: Not a deal breaker, but no half & half creamer at breakfast, just flavored creamers

Liked: So I had pre booked and pre paid for a room through booking. So when I arrived the attendant seemed as if he didn't wanna open the door and asked me through the door what I needed I expressed I couldn't really hear him so he proceed to open the door to let me in. He then said how may I help you as if I was irritating him. I explained I had booked a room through booking and I apologies for the late stay I had kids in the car and I couldn't drive anymore so I booked a room through the booking site and also pre paid and everything. He then says we'll we don't have anymore rooms available. I said we'll I pre paid already almost 200 dollars on the app for a room. He said we'll we don't have any rooms available and you need to contact the booking site because I don't understand why they keep allowing people to book rooms when the property doesn't have anyrooms. I wasn't accommodated or anything from the property. I had to contact booking and wait 3 hours for a response, and it was already 1 am. So I had to go to another property and pay more money for a room and wait to hear back from the booking site on whether I was getting a refund because it was ridiculous. I wasn't a happy camper, but I had to keep moving forward because I had a sleepy autistic five and three year old that needed to relax and sleep.

Liked: Great hotel, the young light skin lady at the front desk was very nice. Room/ hotel was very clean. Kids loved the pool
Disliked: Breakfast variety could been a little better. The drinks on the machine was all out besides orange juice and water. First morning for breakfast we couldn’t get any pancakes bc the guy that was trying to change out the bag i guess he didn’t know what he was doing

Liked: The breakfast was decent. The pool was clean.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional. The room was not clean as it should have been? There were dirty sheets on the bed and pullout sofa when I pull the covers back, it looked like someone had bled out on the mattress cover there were pubic hair in the shower I asked staff for cleaning supplies that they never bought. I ended up having to go to Walmart and cleaning the room before I could stay in it housekeeping came in my room without knocking and I had the privacy note on the door, we were undressed and in the bed. The staff seem to be unbothered about the complaints that I had. The front desk said that they would document my complaints, but no one ever addressed me about correcting the situation when I told him about the dirty sheets being on the bed. He told me to pull them off the bed myself. I thought that was outrageous but what was even more outrageous is the fact that he never bought me clean sheets after calling several times, I finally went downstairs, but he never would bring the cleaning supplies or sheets it wasn’t until the next day when housekeeping decided to bust in my room that I got anything .He kept telling me I’ll bring it. It’ll be five minutes and never did. doubt that I would ever stay at a Holiday Inn again.
