Liked: Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.
Disliked: An extra $100 was charged on my card, which I did not know about! The room was already overpriced. Was told it was for a "holding fee". This has never happened to myself or my husband who use this chain for work also. The bill they gave us was for $178.32 placed under the door & $278.32 was taken out!! When calling, Cynthia said it should be back into my account in 3-5 business days. This is illegal. Waiting for a call back from Michelle the Mgr. The bathtub was stained. Loose tile in bathroom. Hand prints on top of the headboard that looked like someone was holding onto it. When we checked out at 9:30 there was not anyone there and other room cards were on the desk. Very unprofessional. If the $100 is not back into my account today, will never use this chain again. 20 people from my husband's work is staying in Houston Holiday Inn Express the end of this week. He is having them changed to another place this evening if I am not happy with results today!!!!!
