Amazing customer service!!!!

Liked: We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Montrose! The hot tub and pool were wonderful and the breakfast was great. The front desk staff were all amazing! Taylor S. and possibly Brandon helped my husband to get a shuttle when our car broke down in Telluride. They also helped our friends who were also stranded from car issues on their honeymoon. Our new friends were not staying at the holiday inn and they still helped them. One of the employees made sure they got home ok since there were no Lyft drivers. This kindness was beyond what anyone could ask for and we appreciate staying at a hotel where they take of everyone.
