Liked: Location, clean enough, nice breakfast staff and the young lady on days was awesome
Disliked: The night guy was friendly enough just kept disappearing and my daughter-in-law waited about 15-20 minutes at about 8ish? to get new keys—a was no where to be found (which all of our keys kept not working after just a few uses, we were always getting new keys). Then my son and I went down to take her place (because they were sitting outside their room with a one and a half year old that was tired and wet from the pool) and our was at least another 20 minutes before he appeared…the phone kept ringing, another gal was waiting for keys too. My son yelled a few times—anyone here? And a voice said “just a minute I’m in the bathroom” but it wasn’t coming from the hall bathroom we finally heard it coming from a door that said “employees or staff only” so maybe it was a bathroom but it was a 35-45 minutes wait for room keys. Then he finally appeared but in a leather jacket like he’d been outside—very strange and totally unacceptable. He seemed fine, not sick or anything…
