Liked: I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for my grandson. The pool was out of order the entire stay.
Disliked: Pool out of service

Liked: They were very enjoyable.....a very good variety to choose from. And, fresh too.
Disliked: The bathtub in our room was very slippery when wet. It appeared to have "non-skid" patches on the surface of the tub, but, they appeared to have been covered over with a clear gelcoat material. The desk did supply a regular bathtub/shower mat, which did eliminate the "slippery surface" feel.

Liked: I booked 5 weeks in advance. I request a ground floor room near an exit. We were traveling with an old dog who needs to go potty in the middle of the night. I was extremely inconvenient to travel 3 floors down and get her outside for her midnight potty break. I felt 5 weeks was plenty enough time to accommodate my request.
Disliked: Someone spilt soda in the elevator. Simple enough but the next morning maids were traveling with their carts in the elevator any NO ONE cleaned the mess up.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub out of service!!

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't provide enough food during the busy hour, we were waiting for omelets
