Disliked: When you walk in the lobby had old furniture which then I was scared to see what my room was going to look like. There system was down but they where able to give me a key to my room. once I entered the room.LORTY.. The sofa was old and dirty. Look like it hadnt been clean in may yrs. Paint chipped of the walls and all the furniture in the room. I looked all over my bed to make sure of NO bugs. Believe me the only thing clean in the whole hotel was the bed! Ice machine was broken I had to go to the 3rd floor. The carpet thru out the whole hotel needs to be cleaned or replaced. NOW let's talk about after 7pm a soft ball team checked in and the the girls(Im thinking ages 10-13) where running up and down the halls till 3am playing with nerf guns and being very rude to other guest. I called downstairs 4 times and never got an answer around 2am I was so pissed off I got up and went to the front desk, the worker was coming out the back room and I asked why he didnt answer the phone he just looked at me like I was crazy and never answered me. So I went on to tell him about the kids and he replied I just sent the parents upstairs and walked to the back of the office. I got back on the elevator to go back up to my room and get smacked with a nerf dart as soon as the elevator doors opened up. would not recommend the place to anyone. Horrible customer service
