On saturday we woke up and they had a good breakfast, but on Sunday they did not have anything for breakfast. There were several kids and teenagers staying there for a soccer game that was going on Saturday and Sunday, including my son. We went down to make sure he got a good breakfast and there was nothing. We walked out and there were several others that came down to eat and walked out because there was nothing to eat.

Liked: I like the room. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Had some issues with the bathroom with the sink and tub.
Disliked: It was too far out from Downtown Memphis, where our Covention was being held.The hotel lobby had an awful odor. The daily breakfast bar didn't have enough food to serve the guests. Didn't have any milk if you wanted to eat cereal because the cooler were they kept the milk was not working. So we couldn't eat any breakfast which was included in the room rate because there was nothing to eat most morning. We were in the breakfast area between 7:00a.m. and 7:30a.m. The worker told us that the delivery truck had not arrived, so they had very little food to cook. We never saw the manager all the 8 days we were there.The front desk kept telling us he would be in at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. Whoever the manager was was not there during our stay to address any issues or concerns. VERY Dissatisfied. Also, why was my hotel rate difference each day. The rate rages from $118 plus tax to$174 plus tax. I do not understand. When I booked the room, I was only quoted one rate with taxes. Why the multiple rates. I do not plan to return to that location every again.
