Exceptional

Beware swimming pool will be...

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: Swimming pool temperature was freezing cold, staff was unhelpful and also rude and not truthful management when dealing with swimming pool.

It was just okay.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the location was good.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, and we had difficulty with our key cards to our room.

Only stay if one gets...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff good
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor. We thought the plaster from the ceiling would fall with the people above. Recommend only the fourth floor. Stayed in four hotels this trip but this one we had to good to bed when the people upstairs went to bed and we were awoken when they got up. We needed rest after a funeral. The last two days were not good at Holiday Inn.

Liked: Staff were friendly, it was clean, check out was smooth, water slide was fun with the fam
Disliked: The fitness centre didn’t have a lot of equipment but it did the job for someone committed to get a work out done
